About Me
Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit more about me, Ashley Kiczek! Have fun exploring this website and learning about my experience and projects. I am a young entrepreneur, starting alongside my family in 2014, a toy company, Dolls from Heaven.
With five years of experience in my company's marketing department, several internships with reputed marketing agencies, such as DXagency, and in the classroom, I have developed a strong work ethic and experience in the marketing field. I am also a part of the prestigious 2021 MADE Internship program.
Moving forward in my career, I want to utilize my skills of creativity combined with strategic and analytical decision-making. My long-term goals consist of working in marketing with projects or for a brand that has a social influence and is positively impacting society.
Inspiration
My Family
My family has always been a big part of my life. Being the oldest of two sisters, Sarah and Maria, I always felt a great responsibility to be a good example for them.
They motivated me to become a better person, worker, student, and sister. The time we spent together as a family inspired us to start our own business. I also have a one-year-old Shiz Tzu dog named Luca, who is always in my pictures.

Marketing innovations are another source of inspiration for my work.
Marketing has evolved from the door-to-door salesperson to this innovative, technologically-driven field. The breakthroughs in marketing, such as the use of AI and data-driven marketing, is thrilling.
To be a good marketer, one has to expect the unexpected. While this sounds cliche, it is the truth; there is always a new problem to solve.
