My Catholic Family Magazine is an online and print magazine that consists of is faith-inspired ideas, stories, and products for the average Catholic Family. The magazine was meant to promote Dolls from Heaven and other small businesses in the industry.

 

During a board meeting, since I had experience writing a personal blog, my job was to design the layouts and write the majority of the articles for the issues. When I first started, I worked on writing the articles for our first Christmas issues and designed the layouts using graphic design software. Making sure every element of the sixteen-page magazine was completed professionally was difficult. However, after a few days, the magazine was finished.

I was eventually promoted to editor of the magazine, and we had four issues in total. The magazine generated a lot of attention and gained several advertisers who bought promotional places.
